Weather:  La Paz has a desert climate means that  average daytime temperatures range from 70 to 82°F (24-28° C) rising to the high 90's  (mid-30s) from July to September.

The region gets very little rain, mostly in August and September.

The rest of the year, it’s sunny and hot. At night it can get a little cooler, so pack a light jacket!

Transportation : You can take a bus, taxi, Uber or Didi - but  most places are within cycling or walking distance.


Currency : You can purchase Mexican pesos before you arrive, or use your debit card at any automatic teller in La Paz to withdraw money (fees range from $3 to $4 per transaction). Most businesses accept credit cards, but it’s always a good idea to have some cash on hand.
